Understanding DC motor behaviour and motor data sheets.
This e-learning sequence provides the basic knowledge about reading DC motor data sheets. The different DC motor parameters are set in relation to the applied motor voltage and the speed-torque line and the motor limits. This knowledge is the basis for a succesful selection and application of the DC motors with and without brushes.
